Mr. Steven Hudock, Principal

My name is Steven Hudock, and I am proud to be the Principal of Huron High School. Not only do I have the distinct honor of working in this position, but I am also a Huron High School Class of 88 graduate. Prior to working here, I worked for the Belleville School District for sixteen years as a teacher of social studies, reading, and English. I was also the Assistant Principal of North Middle School in Belleville.

I am currently completing my Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University. Prior to this endeavor I completed an Educational Specialist degree from EMU in Educational leadership. I also hold a Master's Degree in Reading from EMU and a Master's Degree in Education from Marygrove College. My undergraduate work was completed at EMU in social studies, English, secondary and elementary education. Along with earning my degrees, I have furthered my educational experiences by working with the University of Michigan's College of Education in their Round's Project helping train novice teachers. I believe it is important to be a good role model for our students as a lifelong learner.

On a personal note, I enjoy running, bowling, and photography . It is very exciting to be back at Huron High School, and I look forward to working with the students, parents, and community members.
